Pablo first joined the firm in 2003. He received a Law degree from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Argentina and an LL.M degree at the University of Pennsylvania. Pablo is admitted to practice in New York State, Argentina, and Ecuador.

While in Argentina, Pablo worked as a firm representative among our clients and colleagues in the region and as an associate in the Corporate Department of Fiorito, Murray & Diaz Cordero in Buenos Aires. He has acted as legal advisor in corporate matters, M&A transactions, project finance and debt restructuring.

After finishing his Master’s degree in the USA, Pablo clerked for a Federal Judge in Delaware.

Pablo divides his time between leading our Patent department and our Corporate and Business Law department. He assist clients in patent prosecution as well as litigation in Ecuador and Latin America. Pablo assists clients in company formation, contract review, labor law issues and general business law.

He is a member of the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI) and the International Trademark Association (INTA). Pablo actively participates in international meetings and conventions.
