Outside her role, Cecilia gained valuable experience at ExxonMobil BSC, migrating key positions from Canada to Argentina. This hands-on experience taught her a deep understanding of cross-border collaboration and international business practices. Moreover, her time at Broward College provided insights into diverse workforces and emphasized the critical role of personalized HR strategies within academic contexts.
