With a background in Chemical Engineering, she brings a distinctive and unique perspective to the technical aspects of Food, Drug, and Agricultural registrations. This perspective enables her to fully comprehend the processes and specific requirements for successful registrations. She handles a diverse array of product registrations, encompassing fertilizers, pesticides, veterinary products, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and food.
Maria Mercedes has worked with our partner, Pablo E. Bermeo-Andrade, in IP, mainly patent registrations. She collaborates with patents, utility models, and industrial design prosecution. In addition to her technical expertise, she contributes with her exceptional client-focused approach, providing personalized support and guidance.
