Apostille Legalizations in Ecuador – Legalizaciones con Apostilla en Ecuador
The Ecuadorian Department of Foreign Affairs started issuing electronic Apostille legalizations. The procedure is still handled in person by appointment but the legalization is issued electronically.
The authenticity of the legalization may be verified online using the validation code issued with each document.
As agencies and other consular offices start adapting, they may require the paper copy printed at the Ecuadorian Department of Foreign Affairs.
